PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As Gastrolog, we show maximum sensitivity to act in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" numbered 6698 in the processing and storage of your personal data. For this reason, as required by Article 10 of the relevant Law, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits set by the legislation.
With this text, we aim to fulfill our obligation to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds and your rights arising from Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" numbered 6698.
1. Data Controller and Representative
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed by Gastrolog as the data controller within the scope described below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data below, which you send to us by using the website contact form, is used within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law No. 6698 in order to get back to you limited to the purpose of your application to us and is destroyed immediately after this use:
1-) Identity Data (Name-Surname) (In order to respond to messages sent through the Communication Department)
2-) Contact Data (Phone Number, E-mail Address) (In order to respond to messages sent through the Contact Section)
3. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your personal data processed in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations are not transferred to any real or legal person in Turkey or abroad.
4. Method and Legal Grounds for Processing and Transferring Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our company through different channels and for different legal reasons. Your personal data in this clarification text is obtained electronically through the website and from you personally. All of your personal data specified in Article 2 of this clarification text are processed due to the legitimate interest of the data controller in accordance with Article 5/2-f of KVKK.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As a personal data owner, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us by the methods set out below, we will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of KVK No. 6698. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, personal data owners;
- Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK No. 6698, you can submit your request to us in writing to exercise your rights mentioned above. After the other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board are announced, we will announce how the applications will be received through these methods. In this context, the channels and procedures you will submit your application in writing to us within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 are explained below:

Alpina Evleri C Blok No 2 C/C Niliüfer / Bursa / Turkey in person with documents identifying your identity, you may send it through a notary public or by other methods specified in Law No. 6698.
